Damian is one of the most well-regarded corporate and securities lawyers in Toronto and has over 10 years’ experience advising both foreign and domestic clients in a variety of industries on business law matters including mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), corporate finance, corporate governance, and general corporate and commercial law.

Prior to founding DLCPC, Damian practiced at Stikeman Elliott LLP and subsequently at a large Toronto merchant bank.
